Integrated, neurodivergence-affirming play-based services
Our program combines evidence-informed, developmentally supportive practices to nurture each child’s emotional, sensory, and social growth. We draw from AutPlay Therapy, Child-Centered Play Therapy, Mendability Sensory Enrichment Therapy, and neurodiversity-affirming social playgroups to create a holistic, respectful, and engaging experience for young children and their families.
Therapies
Our therapeutic interventions are specifically focused on neurodivergent children with or without a diagnosis and are effective for ADHD, autism, depression, anxiety, trauma, and attachment disorders.
Autplay therapy
AutPlay is a neurodiversity-inclusive framework designed for autistic and neurodivergent children. Using playful, structured activities, it supports emotional regulation, social communication, sensory processing, and relationship-building—while honoring every child’s unique way of interacting with the world.
Child-centered play therapy
Rooted in empathy and respect, Child-Centered Play Therapy gives children the lead. Through open-ended play, children express their inner experiences, build confidence, strengthen emotional resilience, and develop problem-solving and relational skills in a safe, attuned therapeutic environment.
Mendability sensory enrichment therapy
Mendability provides gentle, research-based sensory activities that enhance neural development and support attention, regulation, and adaptive functioning. These simple but effective sensory experiences help calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and improve daily living skills.

Neurodivergence-affirming social playgroups
Our social playgroups emphasize acceptance, inclusion, and authentic connection. Children learn social-emotional skills naturally—through shared play, collaborative exploration, and guided interactions tailored to individual sensory, communication, and regulatory needs. All abilities and developmental profiles are welcomed and valued.
